Ronald was born in Manila Philippines and he has been living in Greece for most of his professional career. He gained experience working on board motor and sailing yachts, and has currently served on board XASTERIA since 2014 – as deck hand, licensed tender driver and not forgetting as a good sailor assisting the Captain in all the manoeuvres with the sails. He will be the first to jump in the water when need to have all the water sports ready for the guests or to take them around with the tenders and explore beautiful places feeling always safe and relaxed.

Jaime has working on board XASTERIA for 14 years and prior to joining the yacht he worked 14 years on board merchant vessels. His proven dedication and love for this yacht make him an important team member. He is well familiar with all the technical aspects of the yacht. This experience gave him the tools to maintain all the electrical & machinery systems of XASTERIA at its best. Jamie is a family oriented man, approachable and friendly. He loves cycling and hiking and speaks English, Indonesian and a basic Greek. His moto in life “Do not put off for tomorrow what you can do today”.

Kostis is First Mate on board S/Y Xasteria and carries a lot of experience. He has been working in the yachting industry since 2011 and he has a strong sailing background too. He grew up in a city by the sea so he fell in love with sailing from a young age. Having worked on both motor and sailing yachts he has gained wide experience which will make your trip relaxing and safe. Off duty he finds pleasure at the surface paddling long distances and underwater while diving as PADI Dive master

Our Chef started his culinary journey from a 5* Hotel Royal mare village Crete, so the culinary demand was very high and with very advanced techniques. Following the passion, from a young age Alexandros joined the culinary teams of Interalpen hotel 5s* Tyrol Austria, Kapari natural resort Santorini, Bree Restaurant Belgium all of them as Head Chef but also as a Private Chef in Mykonos Dream Villas. Chef Alexandros aspires to bring you authentic cuisines from the four corners of the world. Working with top quality and organic ingredients his main goal is to have a tasteful and unforgettable experience onboard S/Y XASTERIA.

Gerasimos was born in Piraeus. He graduated as an officer from the Merchant Marine Academy of Athens. He has been in the yachting industry for 16 years and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht and her services. Even though he is available 24 hours a day to deal with engineering matters, he is also willing to assist with deck activities and water sports and the fact that he is an experienced scuba diver is definitely a plus.
