Captain Ferhat is a highly organized, punctual, and responsible professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead effectively, whether working independently or as part of a team. With over 30 years of experience as a seaman, he brings strategic insight and leadership to ensure high-performing operations on board. Ferhat has worked various yachts upto 52 meter. Speaks English.

Sirin is a new member of the team, bringing a rich cultural background and diverse professional experience. Originally of Uzbek descent and raised in Turkey, she studied Psychology at university and began her career in public affairs before transitioning into the yachting industry.
Sirin is known for her warm, friendly, and easy-going personality, making her a natural at creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Her excellent communication skills, combined with her multilingual abilities—fluent in Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, English, and Turkish—make her a valuable asset to any international setting.

Ilayda joined the team in 2025, bringing with her two years of experience in the hotel industry. She is dedicated to guest satisfaction, with great attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
Known for her hardworking and discreet nature, Ilayda contributes to creating a comfortable and well-maintained environment on board. She speaks basic English.

Anzor is performing his deckhand duties including maintenance, navigation, support and safety operations since 2024 early season on board Perla del Mare. He has a positive character with strong communicational skills.
Anzor holds a BA in English Teaching and is fluent in English. He is also a native speaker of both Russian and Turkish languages. Speaks basic German as well.

Ali Haydar, born in 1998, started his career as assistant engineer on commercial ships. Since 2023, he is working on yachts and this will be his 2nd season on board Perla Del Mare. Ali Haydar holds STCW and engineer certificates, he speaks basic English.
