Growing up between South Africa and Botswana, Dylan developed a lifelong passion for the ocean, spending his childhood boating, waterskiing, and exploring Southern Africa's waterways. Today, as Captain of Louder, he combines years of professional yachting experience with a genuine enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences on the water.
Over the past five years, Dylan has captained both sailing and motor yachts throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas and the United States, completing private and charter programs, long-distance passages and even an Atlantic crossing. His calm, approachable nature instantly puts guests at ease, while his local knowledge allows him to craft itineraries filled with secluded anchorages, pristine beaches, exceptional snorkeling and diving, world-class fishing and exciting watersports. Whether guests are seeking adventure or complete relaxation, Dylan ensures every charter is seamless, safe and tailored to their interests.
Joining him aboard is his partner, Kayla, with whom he has shared a love of travel and the ocean for nearly eight years. Together, they have explored more than 18 countries and bring a warm, welcoming energy to life aboard Louder. Their shared passion for hospitality, adventure, and exceptional service creates an inviting atmosphere where guests quickly feel at home, and every charter becomes a truly memorable escape.

Kayla is a warm and creative South African stewardess who brings a passion for hospitality and thoughtful attention to detail to every charter aboard Louder. With a background in fine dining and luxury service, she understands that it is often the little touches that transform a great holiday into an unforgettable experience. From beautifully styled tablescapes and elegant cocktail evenings to fun, immersive themed dinners, Kayla loves creating moments that surprise and delight guests throughout their time on board.
Since joining the yachting industry, Kayla has worked aboard both sailing and motor yachts, cruising extensively throughout the Caribbean and traveling to more than 18 countries. Her calm, attentive approach and genuine love of hosting ensure guests feel relaxed, cared for and completely at home, whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast on deck, a beach picnic or an elegant evening under the stars.
Before beginning her yachting career, Kayla studied Digital Marketing and Strategic Brand Management, a creative foundation that is reflected in her impeccable presentation and eye for detail. Outside of yachting, she enjoys scuba diving, photography, reading and traveling, constantly seeking new inspiration from the destinations she explores. Her positive energy, creativity and dedication to exceptional service make her an invaluable part of the Louder crew and help create the welcoming atmosphere that guests remember long after their charter has ended.

Liam has been building his yachting career since the age of 18, gaining experience aboard both private and charter yachts from 25 to 100 metres while cruising throughout the Mediterranean, Middle East and Caribbean. As First Mate aboard Louder, he is responsible for ensuring the yacht is maintained to the highest standards, allowing guests to enjoy a safe, seamless and relaxing experience from the moment they step on board.
With a background in surfing and watersports instruction, Liam is happiest out on the water and loves helping guests make the most of Louder's extensive selection of water toys. Whether introducing beginners to a new activity, towing guests behind the tender or recommending the best local spots for adventure, his enthusiasm and encouragement make every day on the water enjoyable for guests of all ages and abilities.
