Francesco was born and raised in a quaint Italian seaside village. Since a young age, he harboured a passion for sailing. He attended nautical school, yet his heart remained drawn to the realm of hospitality. An energetic individual, always readily available and adaptable, he possesses a keen ability to learn. His strengths lie in his warm smile and affable nature, making him adept at interacting with guests. He eagerly anticipates welcoming guests aboard Fast and Furious, ensuring their optimal experience throughout their journey. Francesco is fluent in Italian and English, with a solid grasp of Spanish. His hobbies include sailing, playing music, photography, and DIY projects. Previously, he worked on the 165m Partenope Ro-Ro passenger yacht.

Born in Italy, Alessio Markja is a dedicated maritime professional with a
strong background in both commercial shipping and luxury yachting
operations. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy «Giovanni
Caboto» of Gaeta, Alessio holds an Officer of the Watch (OOW) Unlimited
License, qualifying him to serve as a deck officer aboard merchant vessels
of unlimited tonnage worldwide.
Throughout his maritime career, Alessio has developed extensive experience
within the luxury yacht charter industry, where he has been actively involved
in the safe operation and management of private and charter yachts. His
yachting background has enabled him to gain valuable expertise in navigation,
bridge operations, guest services, and onboard safety management while
maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
