I have a significant experience in the yacht industry since 2008 as a engineer with extensive hands on experience in completing various tasks associated with yacht engineering. Highly knowledgeable of the complexities of the operating, maintaining, and fault finding of a yacht to its on working order. Repairing and installing yacht mechanical parts and its instrumentals. Captain Ben Baylis is a highly experienced British MCA 3000GT Captain with over 25 years in command of private and charter yachts. Since 1999, he has captained yachts ranging from 29m to 50m, building and operating successful charter programmes throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas and United States.
With extensive charter experience, including multiple busy seasons and repeat clients, Ben combines strong technical and operational expertise with a clear focus on guest experience, safety and crew management. Fluent in English and French, he is particularly experienced in creating customised cruising experiences while maintaining yachts to the highest professional standards.
