Fatih is also a local person who counts himself lucky to be born in Fethiye. He started working as an assistant cook when he was only 13.
He started to work as a cook at Club Orka when he was 15 and after spending 5 years there he had two gap years for his military service. Once his duty is completed he worked as a chef and head chef at two different restauranst for 11 years. Fatih is creating his amazing dishes on board FLOKI since the launch of the yacht. Cooking has been his passion since he was a kid. He saw a cook’s performance when he was 7 and on that day he decided that cooking is what he wants for his entire life.

Ersin was born in 1981 in Fethiye where is a very precious yachting destination. He started working as a fisherman when he was 13. When he was 16 he took his certification as a sailor and started to work at Nilperi 1, a daily tour boat. Two years later, he started his proper career as a deckhand on board Nilperi 2 which was a charter boat. Over the years until 2004 he continued working as a deckhand to improve himself. He got his captains licence in 2004 and started to work as the captain of Tersane, 33 meter gulet. In 2009 he built his own daily tour boat and taste this experience once again after his childhood for one year. From 2010 to 2021 he worked as a captain on board a private boat named Seadancer. Ersin participated in FLOKI’s construction process in 2021 and since then he has been in charge.
