He has spent the past 10 years working aboard a range of performance sailing yachts and superyachts, including Wally yachts, J-Class yachts and a 56m ketch. He brings strong sailing and engineering experience and is described as steady-handed, analytical and hardworking.
Job Description
As Boat Captain, Conan is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the yacht, including navigation, passage planning, vessel maintenance and onboard safety. He oversees the crew and day-to-day running of the vessel, ensuring that operations are carried out to a high professional standard and in accordance with relevant maritime regulations.

Manon grew up in Germany and France and discovered her passion for the ocean through travel before beginning a career in yachting. She started as a deck/stew aboard motor yachts before moving into sailing yachts, where she developed a particular passion for sailing and teamwork. Her experience includes both charter motor yachts and sailing yachts, and she has completed an Atlantic crossing. She is described as cheerful, calm and hardworking, with an enthusiasm for developing new skills on deck.
Job Description
As Deckhand, Manon assists with the operation, maintenance and presentation of the yacht. Her responsibilities include deck maintenance, line handling, anchoring and mooring operations, tender duties and assisting with sailing manoeuvres. She also supports the wider crew in maintaining high standards of safety, service and cleanliness onboard.

Sail and Work Experience
Ioanna grew up in Greece and has a background combining yachting, hospitality and healthy living. Her professional experience includes working as a chef, stewardess and yoga instructor, as well as working aboard both private and charter yachts, including large sailing catamarans. She recently completed an Atlantic crossing aboard a Sunreef 80 and is also an experienced sailor and diver. Her varied experience makes her a versatile crew member with a strong focus on organisation, hospitality and guest service.
Job Description
As Chef, Ioanna is responsible for planning, preparing and presenting meals for guests and crew, taking into account individual preferences and dietary requirements. She manages provisioning, galley organisation, food hygiene and inventory while maintaining a clean and efficient galley. She works closely with the rest of the crew to provide a high standard of hospitality and an enjoyable onboard experience.
