José was born in Spain and is bilingual in French and Spanish, and fluent in English. He is a highly experienced captain with many years of expertise, particularly on large sailing yachts, both as captain and as a professional racer.
He has managed major refit projects and worked as a technical consultant and engineer for numerous yachts. A natural problem-solver and also a professional diver, José’s career has combined racing and ocean crossings... He has sailed across the Atlantic, Caribbean, Pacific, Mediterranean, Red Sea, Baltic Sea, and beyond — amassing over 300,000 nautical miles. You will be in exceptionally skilled and safe hands with this captain, whose sea adventure stories will impress even the most seasoned guests.
Passionate about sailing, he creates a vibrant energy on board and is always happy to share the secrets of sailing with guests. Friendly, discreet, and flexible, José is an effective team player, easily adapts to new situations, and communicates well with all age groups. His hobbies include skiing, paragliding, and land yachting.

Born in Algeria, Jasmine spent most of her summer holidays sailing on smaller yachts, which ignited her ambition to enter the yacht industry as a stewardess. At just 17 years old, she completed internships as service personnel, demonstrating her motivation to pursue a successful career. She has since become familiar with key skills such as housekeeping, emergency drills, service, and decoration. Furthermore, Jasmine previously worked on a sailing yacht and assisted at the Cannes Yacht Show in 2022, as well as completing daywork on a 50-meter motor yacht. Her open-mindedness and communication skills allow her to effectively integrate into a crew, thereby providing an unforgettable experience to their guests.
