Boris was born and spent his childhood years in the community of Quinta Normal in Santiago, Chile. But the call of his roots was strong, and after completing his secondary studies, he ventured across seas and oceans to the petite town of Šibenik. Inspired by its longstanding tradition of seafaring, Boris received his able body seaman certification from the local naval school, and set out to the sea. After 12 years of working as a sailor helmsman on cargo ships, he stepped foot onboard a passenger ship, and remained in service for the next 15 years.
Thank to this longstanding experience, Boris takes on all the tasks with a predictable ease and precision. Kind and pleasant, he possesses a vibrant sense of humor that he polished alongside his beautiful two children. With parenting stamina and keen affection, he is the one who will always amuse the little ones with activities on the sea, from water sports to jet-skiing to fishing.

With over a decade in hospitality, Marko Lasić has excelled as a Chief Waiter in top restaurants across Croatia and Bosnia, including Zrno Soli, Bokamorra, and Bokeria. He’s also spent three years working on a luxury yacht, refining his skills in high-end service and personalized guest experiences. Marko is an expert in managing restaurant operations, staff, and creating exceptional dining experiences, with a focus on gastronomy and wine. Known for his attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive under pressure, he’s dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of service. Olivia is a highly skilled Second Stewardess with a wealth of experience in the yachting industry. Hailing from the picturesque Slovenian Alps, Olivia’s journey into yachting began after a bartending job on a cruise ship sparked her passion for the sea. She transitioned from hostess to second stewardess over two decades, working on various day-cruise boats before joining the team aboard Anthea, where she brings her expertise to the table. Energetic and dedicated, Olivia also has a passion for interior design, specializing in super yachts and mini cruisers. Her design experience spans over twelve years, with notable contributions to the stunning Anthea. With a calm and composed demeanor, Olivia ensures that every guest’s experience is seamless and unforgettable, combining her love for the sea with a keen eye for detail in both service and design.

Born in a seaside town, Luka’s passion for the ocean has shaped his career on the water. He began his journey aboard MY Voyage, gaining hands-on experience in sailing, fishing, mooring, deck maintenance, and tender driving. His commitment to learning and improving led him to join the Aeterna yacht program, where he expanded his skills and knowledge in the maritime field.
Outside of work, Luka enjoys fishing, sports, and connecting with fellow enthusiasts. Known for his communicative, social, and responsible nature, Luka thrives in team settings and is always eager to grow. He looks forward to bringing his passion for the sea and his growing expertise to the Anthea yacht program.

Born in the small town of Omiš on the Croatian coast, where Dalmatia's longest river Cetina meets the Adriatic, Antonio always dreamt of venturing into the world and cruising its many seas. After graduating in Maritime Studies from the University of Split, he set out to learn the ropes of different passenger ships, from yachts to cruisers. Climbing the ranks from ordinary seaman to the third officer, he mastered not only operational tricks but many safety protocols, which today makes him an invaluable asset onboard MY Anthea, not only in stewarding, but also on the deck.
Over the last few years of his work in yachting, Antonio discovered a strong call for guest service and thus moved to master the tricks of food presentation and cocktail making. Always up for a good time, Antonio is passionate about cocktails and wine (ask him for some Croatian labels to try!) and loves putting on fun parties for all ages, with music that will have everyone on their feet in no time!
Pleasant, well-spoken and with refined manners, Antonio consistently excels in service that truly reflects his many years of work in the most demanding of cyachting environments. For him, yachting is a boyhood dream come true, and he has to date been to the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Arabic and Red Sea, along the east coast of the USA and coast of India, through Suez and across the Atlantic Ocean.

Chef Branko is a culinary expert whose passion for cooking began at a young age. With seventeen years of experience, he has journeyed through the kitchens of fine dining restaurants, traditional konobas, and luxury super yachts. Over the years, Chef Branko has crafted dishes that have delighted even the most discerning palates. His greatest passion is rediscovering the forgotten, healthy ingredients of the Mediterranean, and he enjoys working with seasonal produce to create dishes tailored to individual tastes. Thanks to exclusive access to an organic garden on the mainland, where vegetables are grown specifically for MY Anthea’s kitchen, guests can always expect Chef Branko’s dishes to be flavorful, wholesome, and nourishing. When guests are in the mood for something different, Chef Branko surprises them with inventive twists, drawing inspiration from Asian and Italian cuisines. His handmade crusts and creative toppings serve as the perfect foundation for a light lunch or beachside picnic. For pizza enthusiasts and grill lovers, it’s worth noting that Chef Branko spent a decade honing his skills in grilling and pizza-making. Beyond the kitchen, Chef Branko expresses his creativity through drawing and playing guitar—his drum set, unfortunately, didn’t fit in the crew cabin. Be prepared for a culinary journey with Chef Branko, where every dish tells a story, and every bite celebrates flavor.

Youthful but incredibly experienced, your sous-chef Dean is the magician of Dalmatian and Mediterranean cuisine. He started working at 17 years old, immediately after graduating culinary high school, and has to date gathered a diverse portfolio of work experiences in both restaurants and on boats.
Dean started out in an iconic local konoba, preparing simple but signature dishes of the Adriatic region, such as grilled squid or fish. Recently, he explored the boundaries of his creativity at Split’s fine-dining star, restaurant Apetit, creating delicacies like monkfish with leek risotto or macaroni with prosciutto and truffles.
Sous chef Dean has always been a fan of mixing the delights of the land and the sea – and not only on the plate. A larger portion of his career was spent working on the sea, both on passenger and yachts. While healthy soups and rejuvenating fish stocks remain his favorites to prepare, his guests might argue which one of his summer plates taste better: those with meat or fish, but always with fresh seasons veggies.
But his passion for organic doesn’t end there. Dean is an avid fisherman and scuba diver, who might also treat you to some truly fresh catch.

Davor is an invaluable deck crew member who is youthful, agile, and energetic. His experience spans work on different-sized boats, giving him a well-rounded skill set that enables him to excel in everything he does. Over his summers on the daily excursion and transfer boats, Davor mastered passenger safety and service. Continuing on larger charter boats, especially the first luxury motor sailer in Croatia,, he learned about day-to-day operations, including winter maintenance and seasonal preparation of the yachts in shipyards. This provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire operation. Davor, an electronics technician with further education in maritime inspection management, has the theory to back his hands-on skills. Born and raised in Dalmatia’s heart of Split, it is unsurprising that Davor enjoys spending time at the sea and doing water activities in his free time. His favorites are sailing and fishing, but for everyday purposes, pretty much any sport will do for this active seaman.

Milos is a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Steward with an impressive background in the hospitality and yachting industries. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked aboard prestigious vessels, where he played a key role in modernizing service operations. Milos was instrumental in developing innovative payment systems, diversifying drink menus, and creating bespoke cocktails tailored to clients’ preferences. His forward-thinking approach led to the introduction of NFC bracelet payments and a premium drinks menu featuring high-quality Japanese whiskey. In addition to his yachting career, Milos was successful catering provider in Belgrade, where he led a team of 15 staff. One of his standout achievements was providing catering services for the filming industry, both of which featured VIP guests and high-profile production teams. Milos has also contributed to the success of Hotel Tonanti in Vrnjacka Banja, a 5-star establishment where he oversaw restaurant operations. He brings a wealth of international experience, having worked in top-tier restaurants and hotels across Moscow, Milan, Munich, and more. A true professional with a passion for service excellence, Milos continues to impress and inspire in every role he takes on.

She works exclusively with certified, high-quality essential and cold-pressed oils, selected according to the treatment and guest preference.

Alongside her therapeutic practice, she is a qualified nutritionist and food engineer, with professional experience in nutrition, food quality and healthy lifestyle education.
