Tom has been sailing since he was a child, and with 16 years of super yachting experience, he has the depth of knowledge to provide the ideal cruising experience.
Having run successful charter programs on previous vessels, he can help guide you to the ideal locations and experiences you need for the perfect charter. He has visited every island along the Windward and Leeward chains, as well as spending several seasons around the Bahamas, and specializes in finding out-of-the-way anchorages and private beach experiences. He has a wealth of knowledge of small vessels and watersports, having come from an instructor background in both sailing and powerboating, and enjoys windsurfing and kitesurfing in his free time.
Tom is also a qualified PADI divemaster, so he can advise on some of the best dive spots in the area. Tom currently lives in the South-West of England, but hails from a town near Manchester in the North of England. He has also spent several years living and working in both the South of France and the United Arab Emirates.
Tom and his crew will do everything to provide a safe, fun, and luxurious experience for our guests.

Originally from a coastal city on Turkey’s Black Sea, Alp has been close to the water from an early age. After studying Ship Engineering, he began his maritime career in 2004 and has since gained extensive experience across dredging vessels, cargo ships, coastguard, sailing yachts, and super yachts, building a broad and diverse technical background.
With a genuine passion for mechanics and problem solving, Alp takes great pride in keeping every system on board operating safely and efficiently behind the scenes. His meticulous attention to detail and calm, professional attitude help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and crew. He operates with a ‘fix it’ mindset and is crucial to the success of the team.
When he’s not in the engine room Alp enjoys reading and talking with friends. Valuing continuous learning he regularly watches engineering documentaries and technical videos to stay current within his field.

Jo grew up In Devon, England where her dad taught her to sail from a young age. She has always loved being in the water and represented Devon playing waterpolo and was also captain of Exeter Ladies Waterpolo Team.
She spent many years travelling the world and finally decided to get into the yachting industry and has worked her way up from a junior deckhand to Mate. She has worked across a wide range of vessels from 35m-85m motor yachts and has cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Arctic and the Middle East. She is currently studying for her Chief Mate <3000GT ticket with just her oral to complete in October. She may also go on to complete her Master <200GT ticket too.
Passionate about skiing, snowboarding, horse riding and diving. Jo enjoys travelling the world and experiencing different cultures. The love for travel, sea and adventure is what draws her to continuing her yachting career.

Having grown up in New Zealand Christina discovered a passion for exploring the world after joining the yachting industry nearly four years ago. The transition was easy as her love of hospitality, organisation, and adventure were combined when out at sea.
Throughout her career Christina has worked on various yachts cruising exclusive and unique destinations around the Caribbean, Bahamas, United States, and the Mediterranean. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guest comfort ensure every trip is delivered with high end service and luxury. Off the vessel Christina enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and keeping in touch with friends and family.
Joining to celebrate a special occasion, enjoy a family holiday, or simply unwind with friends, Christina looks forward to welcoming you onboard. Greeted with a refreshing drink, her goal is to ensure you feel at home and enjoy an unforgettable time on the water.

Tristan grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, surrounded by the arts. His greatest passion lies in exploring flavor combinations and creating innovative, visually striking presentations.
He began his culinary journey in Saudi Arabia, where he spent over a year working in a palace alongside a large team of chefs—an experience that pushed him to refine his skills and reach a new level. With more than eight years of yachting experience preparing impeccable meals for elite clientele, Tristan is highly attuned to preference sheets, dietary requirements, and the unique demands of life at sea. He takes great pride in consistently delivering on guests’ needs and expectations.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable, Tristan believes great food doesn’t need to be complicated—he focuses on transforming simple ingredients into art on a plate.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling and documenting his experiences with his video gear, as well as listening to music and experimenting with new recipes
