Chef Zoë is a Leiths trained Private Chef from the UK with a passion for creating fresh, colourful, seasonal food that’s full of flavour. Bringing people together through food, whether it’s relaxed Mediterranean sharing plates or elegant fine dining.
Inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, her cooking celebrates bold yet simple flavours, where sweet meets salty, from watermelon with feta to ripe tomatoes with capers.
Favourite dishes include grilled sea bass with salsa verde, beef fillet with meltingly tender fondant potatoes, slow cooked lamb with pomegranate molasses and herby couscous, and vibrant seasonal salads bursting with colour and flavour.

Dylan is a dynamic First Mate/Engineer aboard M/Y Bade. Whether he’s keeping the yacht running flawlessly behind the scenes, paddling guests into the perfect wave, or heading out for a sunrise wakeboard session, Dylan brings the same calm energy and passion for the ocean to everything he does.
As the yacht’s engineer, he takes pride in ensuring every system on board is operating at its best, allowing guests to relax knowing they’re in safe and capable hands. On deck, he’s always happy to share his love of the water—whether that means surfing, wakeboarding, snorkelling, freediving or simply exploring the coastline together.
Away from the engine room, Dylan is a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher and lifelong fitness enthusiast. From sunrise yoga on the bow to a morning run or swim session, he enjoys helping guests stay active, recharge, and make the most of their time on board.
With a background in hospitality, instruction and yachting, Dylan believes the best charters are the ones that feel effortless. Whether you’re chasing adventure, seeking complete relaxation, or a little of both, he’s dedicated to creating an experience that feels personal, memorable and fun.
