Antoine is an experienced French Captain who has been working in the yachting industry for over 17 years. Having grown up between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, he developed a passion for the sea from a very young age and naturally pursued a career in yachting.
Throughout his career aboard both sailing yachts and motor yachts, Antoine has gained extensive experience in guest relations, yacht operations, navigation, and crew management. He has cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and Pacific, giving him strong adaptability and valuable international experience.
Known for his calm and approachable personality, Antoine creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere onboard while maintaining high professional standards. His passion for the sea, combined with his experience and attention to guest comfort, makes him a trusted and appreciated Captain onboard Biancino 3.

Tiaan is a motivated and hardworking young yacht crew member with a genuine passion for life at sea and hands-on work. Originally from South Africa and currently based in the South of France, he brings a proactive attitude, excellent team spirit, and strong adaptability to onboard life.
He began his yachting experience working with Waterfront Charters in Cape Town aboard both motor yachts and sailing catamarans, assisting with docking, mooring operations, guest service, washdowns, and general maintenance. Tiaan also completed daywork aboard a 26m motor yacht, where he gained additional experience in exterior detailing and deck upkeep.
Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn, Tiaan enjoys working in dynamic environments and performs well under pressure. His positive energy and willingness to assist across both deck and interior duties make him a valuable addition to the crew onboard Biancino 3.
