Jelle places strong emphasis on seamanship, crew teamwork, and guest satisfaction, combining solid navigational skills with a hands-on approach to vessel care and daily operations. Fluent in English and Dutch, he strives to create relaxed, enjoyable voyages while maintaining high professional standards on board.

Originally from UK, Raised on the island of Menorca, Archie developed a passion for yachts and the ocean, and is fluent in Spanish. He has extensive experience on vessels up to 75m across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. As Mate and Chase Boat Captain, he plays a key role in deck operations, tender driving, watersports, and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience onboard.
Archie particularly enjoys paddle boarding to explore hidden coves and coastline. In his free time, he is passionate about padel, fitness training, and motorcycle riding, and proudly represents Menorca Cricket Club.
