Quick to learn and eager to grow professionally, he approaches every task with responsibility, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Friendly, hardworking and adaptable, Ilias is a valuable member of the deck team and is committed to delivering the highest standards of safety and guest service.

Efstratia Chanoumi

Chef

Nationality: Greek

Efstratia is an experienced Chef & Pastry Chef with a strong background in gastronomy, hospitality and event catering. She combines authentic Greek and Asian influences with modern culinary techniques, creating refined dishes with a distinctive personal touch.
She studied at Le Monde Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies in Athens, receiving distinctions for her talent and creativity. She also spent nine years working in Germany, gaining valuable international experience in restaurant operations, kitchen management and guest service, including her role at the LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn.
Back in Greece, Efstratia has collaborated with restaurants and catering companies, organized private dinners and tasting events, and presented her culinary creations through various media platforms.
A creative, professional and passionate chef, she brings together quality, organization and a genuine love for gastronomy.

Alexandros Avramidis

Chief engineer

Nationality: Greek

Alexandros is an experienced and reliable Second Engineer with 10 years of professional marine engineering experience, including extensive service on bulk carriers, tankers and cruise vessels. He has spent several seasons as Second Engineer with Celebrity Cruises, developing strong expertise in engine room operations, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting and the safe and efficient operation of vessel systems. He holds a Class A Engineer’s License and has completed all relevant STCW and safety training. His previous service with the Greek Special Forces further demonstrates his discipline, leadership, teamwork and ability to remain calm and effective in demanding environments. A professional, well-presented and team-oriented engineer, he would be a strong addition to a yacht crew, bringing solid technical knowledge, a responsible attitude and extensive experience working within international crews.

Iryna Bieliakova

Chief steward/ess

Nationality: Ukrainian

Iryna is an experienced Chief Stewardess with over five years of yacht interior experience across 33m–55m motor yachts, including both busy charter and private operations. She has strong expertise in guest service, silver service, housekeeping, laundry, interior detailing, provisioning, table setting, wine and cocktail service, and event organization.Highly organized, adaptable and detail-oriented, she is confident working with international guests and under pressure.

Chrysanthos Papadakis

Deckhand

Nationality: Greek

Young, motivated and eager to build a career in the yachting industry. Chrysanthos holds a diploma in Merchant Marine Engineering and has completed his military service in the Hellenic Navy, gaining valuable experience in a professional maritime environment.
He is hardworking, reliable and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and good communication skills developed through his customer service experience.

Kseniya Lazarenko

Stewardess

Nationality: Greek

Kseniya is a dedicated and service-oriented Stewardess with experience aboard both private and charter yachts. Having served as a stewardess on several yachts, she has developed strong skills in guest service, housekeeping, laundry management, table settings, and interior upkeep. Her background in high-end hospitality, bartending, and wine service allows her to deliver an elevated guest experience with confidence and professionalism.
Known for her positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic, Kseniya is highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments. She takes pride in maintaining exceptional interior standards while ensuring guests feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their time onboard.

Holding an MCA Master Unlimited Certificate, he has successfully operated both private and charter yachts, demonstrating excellent navigational skills, strong leadership and a proactive approach to safety. Calm under pressure and highly approachable, Alexandros leads by example, creating
a professional yet welcoming atmosphere on board while ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for owners and guests alike.
