Nationality: Egyptian

Chief Hani is a skilled and dedicated maritime professional with extensive experience in engine operations and ship engineering. With a background in general cargo, passenger ships, and RO-RO cargo vessels, he has held the position of Oiler across various reputable companies. His qualifications include an Able Seafarer Engine certificate, as well as various STCW certifications in firefighting, survival techniques, and emergency first aid. With over 4 years of hands-on experience on vessels such as Elysium, Hani’s expertise in vessel operations and his commitment to safety make him an exceptional candidate for any engineering role within the maritime industry.

Konstantina is passionate and dedicated chef from Greece with a diverse culinary background and over 8 years of experience in various prestigious establishments. Konstantina is highly regarded for her meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and passion for producing high-quality dishes, both in pastry and savoury kitchens. Her passion for Greek cuisine shines through in every dish, blending tradition with freshness and flavour. A true cornerstone of the team, she offers not just food, but a taste of home.

He has held senior leadership positions such as Chief Officer and 1st Officer across multiple prestigious vessels, including mega yachts and cruise ships. Throughout his career, Captain Gonatas has demonstrated exceptional competence in managing ship operations, safety protocols, navigation, and crew training, with a strong focus on compliance with SOLAS standards.
