Originally from Glastonbury, Rosa brings over four years of experience across both private and charter yachts. As Lumir’s Chief Stewardess, she runs the interior with calm precision, good vibes, and an ability to quietly elevate everything she touches. Outside of work, she’s passionate about travel, food, wellness, and music. Charlie 2.0 (aka “Baby Charlie” as he is fondly known onboard) is the crew’s go-to for anything deck related. Ocean-raised and permanently in motion, he keeps operations smooth and the jet skis and tender running. Easy-going until there’s a job to do, then suddenly very efficient. Usually found outside, even when he doesn’t need to be. When he’s not running tenders or keeping the deck immaculate, you’ll likely find him surfing, travelling, or “just checking the swell” for the fifth time that hour.

Poppy has been with Lumir for multiple seasons and runs on a simple system: work hard, don’t complain, and never leave a mark unpolished. A strong, reliable deckhand with a can-do attitude and a slightly concerning enthusiasm for anything involving speed, height, or outdoors. Off duty, she’s into CrossFit, surfing, diving, and collecting adrenaline experiences like they’re frequent flyer points.

Before yachting, Eleni spent nine years shaping young minds as a school teacher, which explains her extraordinary patience and ability to handle just about anything without raising her voice (except when the deck crew put their laundry in at 4pm). She takes genuine pride in creating relaxed, memorable moments for guests and brings a sense of ease that makes Lumir feel like home. She has also been bitten by a dog at some point in her life, and will absolutely tell you about it if given the chance.
