He might not be the one in the spotlight, but he’s a key part of the kitchen team helping prepare everything from hearty crew meals to guest favorites.

Originally from Situbondo, East Java, Ravi has over 10 years of experience in the diving industry, including the last 5 years working on liveaboards across Indonesia and Palau. She is a certified PADI Instructor, known for cool temper, unmatched charisma and goofy sense of humor. She is passionate about creating unforgettable underwater experiences while ensuring guest safety and comfort.

Doni has spent over a decade working on boats and somehow still manages to look surprised when the dinghy gets splashed. Originally a quiet guy, Doni may not talk much at first but he knows the best spots in the area and always shows up when it matters. Reliable, observant, and ready to help.

Captain Made, he is from Bali, has spent over 11 years working at sea. Many of those as a liveaboard captain. He took a short break from sailing to become a lecturer at a maritime school, sharing his knowledge and experience with future seafarers. Now back where he feels most at home, Captain Made leads the vessel with calm authority and a deep understanding of life at sea.

With 4 years of experience in liveaboard housekeeping, Anjas helps keep the cabins clean and the shared spaces in order. He’s easygoing and always ready to help, even if he prefers to stay out of the spotlight. Rumor has it he has a great singing voice, but good luck getting him to actually sing in front of people.

He is from Jombang and currently stay in Surabaya. His experiences, More than 20 years in the hospitality industry, from restaurants, resorts, beach clubs, cruise ships to more than 10 years on river cruise in Europe. Now ready to dedicate ourselves to serving the Indonesian tourism industry.

With a rich of family heritage in Phinisi shipbuilding from Bulukumba, Manzur supports the captain in all navigational aspects of the yacht. His strong maritime background and attention to detail ensure Sanctuary run efficiently and safely. Always approachable, he contributes to the welcoming and professional atmosphere onboard.

Rama has spent the last 4 years working in liveaboard housekeeping, making sure cabins stay clean and comfortable throughout the trip. He’s a quiet presence on board who pays attention to the small things. And when he’s off duty, you might hear him playing rhythms on his cajón bringing a little music to life at sea.

Born and raised in Bali, Gede brings 3 years of culinary experience to the team, including time spent working on a cruise ship before joining the world of liveaboards. He supports the galley with precision and calm, helping serve up meals that make guests forget they’re in the middle of the sea.

At 21, Arun is the youngest member of the crew, though he’s only been working on boats for a year, he grew up in Bulukumba, the birthplace of Indonesia’s traditional phinisi ships. The ocean is practically in his blood. Always eager to learn and never short on energy, Arun brings fresh spirit and dedication to every trip.

Linda has been working on liveaboards since 2016, combining her experience in guest service with basic massage therapy. Besides making sure the guests are comfortable during the trip, she also offers relaxing treatments using a portable massage bed on board or in the cabin, a nice way to recharge after a day of diving or snorkeling.

With 15 years of experience at sea, Andi brings calm confidence and solid skills to his role as Second Officer. Originally from Kudus, Central Java, he handles navigation, safety procedures, and daily vessel operations with quiet efficiency together with chief officer.

Originally from Bulukumba, South Sulawesi, Irfan has been working at sea for over 10 years. As Third Officer, he plays an important role in navigation, safety checks, and supporting daily vessel operations. With a decade of maritime experience, Irfan is a reliable part of the deck team and always ready to assist wherever needed.

Hailing f rom Bulukumba, South Sulawesi, Adi brings over 15 years of experience working on liveaboards. As Chief Engineer, he ensures all systems run smoothly behind the scenes keeping the boat safe. Adi is also a football enthusiast during his downtime.

With a background in hospitality and bar service on land, Tasya brought her skills to the sea two years ago and hasn’t looked back since. As a stewardess and bartender, she’s the friendly face behind your favorite drinks and smooth service on board. Whether it’s setting the table or shaking up a cocktail, Tasya does it with ease, always adding a personal touch to the guest experience.

Paulus “Pablo” Jehanus, our Dive Master from Labuan Bajo, is a skilled spotter of marine life and a talented singer-guitarist who entertains guests during BBQ nights. Friendly and welcoming, he’s happy to jam with guests and take song requests. Since 2010, Pablo has guided countless divers through Indonesia’s best sites with a strong commitment to safety, ensuring unforgettable adventures where the sea meets music.
