Kristina Terek

Chief steward/ess

Nationality: Croatian

Born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia, Kristina Terek brings together a strong hospitality background, academic achievement, and a genuine passion for life at sea. After graduating from a hospitality and tourism secondary school in 2009, she later earned a Master’s degree from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Agriculture, in 2015.
Driven by her love for the ocean and guest experience, Kristina entered the yachting industry in 2021 and has since built solid experience aboard both private and charter yachts up to 39 meters. Over the past four years, she has worked as a Stewardess, delivering a refined and attentive onboard service defined by professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests’ comfort and enjoyment.
Energetic and approachable by nature, she enjoys an active lifestyle including running, cycling, hiking, and watersports, qualities that naturally complement her dynamic and positive presence on board.

Elias is the chef onboard Smooth Operator. He is passionate about creating fresh, delicious meals tailored to guests' tastes and preferences. With his extensive experience, he has prepared all kinds of dishes and adapts easily to any situation. He enjoys preparing a variety of dishes using high-quality, seasonal ingredients, with the goal of making every meal a memorable part of the onboard experience. He looks forward to welcoming guests and making their time at sea truly enjoyable.
