Chef Vivi Tampouraki brings 15 years of culinary and yachting experience to the galley, combining Mediterranean soul with international flair and a warm, personal approach to food.
Her career has taken her aboard renowned yachts including Luna Blue (38m), Lady D (40m), Julie M (25m) , George V, Nel Mare, Nectar, Wave Runner and a 74-foot catamaran, where she created high-quality cuisine for charter guests. With experience in restaurants, including a tavern she owned, as well as international work in the USA, Vivi is comfortable catering to diverse tastes and creating memorable meals in any setting.
A fluent English speaker with a strong connection to the yachting community, she has participated multiple times in the Nafplio Yacht Show (MEDYs) and is also known for supporting and mentoring fellow chefs. Warm, experienced and team-minded, Vivi believes great food is about creating happy guests, a happy crew, and a little Mediterranean magic in every bite.

Iliana is one of those rare yachting professionals whose career reads like a map of the industry’s finest vessels. With experience across private, charter and luxury yachts from 26m to 93m, she has built a reputation for delivering service that feels effortless, intuitive and beautifully polished.
Her journey spans an impressive lineup of yachts: M/Y Astraea (54m), Satemi (60m), Seakid II (56m), Tigra (32m), Mobius (38m), Sevanna (50m), Moka (52m), Moonlight II (93m), Idol (70m), Daydream (43m), Lucky Me, and S/Y Ellen V (40.4m), each chapter adding depth to her skillset.
What truly sets Iliana apart is her versatility. Beyond her extensive stewardess and chief stewardess roles, she has stepped confidently into the galley as Sole Chef and Temp Head Chef on yachts including M/Y Lazy Me, Mythos G, Water Toy III, Jana and Ouzo Palace. Few professionals can move between front‑of‑house elegance and culinary execution with such ease.
A team player, Iliana brings Powerboat Level II certification, strong maritime qualifications, and a multilingual edge: fluent in English and French, with intermediate Italian, Spanish and French. Trained in Silver Service, culinary arts and pastry, she blends refined service with practical know‑how, ensuring every detail onboard feels intentional and beautifully delivered.
