Originally from the picturesque village of Kiedrich in the Rheingau region of Germany, Bianca brings a calm and positive presence to the crew of Silent Dream. Speaking Spanish, English, and German - with a touch of French and Italian - she has a natural talent for making guests from around the world feel welcome and at ease.
Bianca has been working in the yachting industry for the past two summers, drawn to the sea by her love of open horizons and the peaceful rhythm of life on the water. Her attention to detail, friendly nature, and genuine passion for hospitality make her an essential part of the onboard experience.
Outside of yachting, Bianca is an avid adventurer and wellness enthusiast. She enjoys climbing, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, and practicing yoga—activities that reflect her energetic spirit and connection to nature.

Robert joins Silent Dream this season as the Chef, bringing many years of experience with him in both yachting and high-end hospitality. With a career that has spanned charter yachts, private villas, restaurants and luxury hotels, he offers a depth of knowledge and a calm, assured approach in the galley, helping guests feel exceptionally well looked after from the very first meal on board.
Originally from Croatia, Robert has worked extensively throughout the Mediterranean as a yacht chef, as well as in senior culinary roles ashore, including positions as Head Chef and Executive Chef in Icelandic hotels and restaurants. This broad background brings both variety and confidence to his cooking, along with the ability to tailor each dining experience to the preferences of his guests and the rhythm of life on board.
Guests will appreciate Robert’s experience, consistency and the sense of ease that comes from having a chef who is both highly capable and genuinely passionate about his craft. His years in charter have given him a strong understanding of what makes dining on board special, whether that means relaxed lunches in the sun or more elegant evening service.

Meet Michel, an avid sailor hailing originally from the North of Germany, whose love for yachting ignited 8 years ago during a transformative journey to Central America. It was there, surrounded by the allure of the sea, that he discovered his true passion for sailing, setting him on an adventurous path in the yachting world.
Throughout his journey, Michel has immersed himself in various courses and acquired different qualifications, mastering the art of yachting and enhancing his skills as a capable sailor. From captivating crossings to helming smaller Sailing Yachts, he has embraced diverse experiences that have honed his expertise in navigating the waters.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Michel finds solace and exhilaration in the great outdoors. Whether it's spending time on or in the water, scaling mountains, or engaging in any activity that connects him with nature, he thrives on adventure and discovery.
With an outgoing personality and a genuine love for sharing his passion for the sea and hidden gems, Michel eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome guests aboard Silent Dream.
