A Master Mariner Class A', Marianthi has built an exceptional career spanning commercial vessels, passenger ships, luxury yachts, and private megayachts. From commanding the elegant M/Y ALMAHA (141ft), M/Y PARVATI (CRN 130ft), and M/Y SANTORINI (115ft) to captaining private yachts for distinguished owners, including members of the UAE royal family, she's mastered the art of delivering smooth sailing with impeccable discretion, safety and style!
Her journey to the captain's chair began aboard large passenger vessels and commercial ships, where she climbed the ranks from Deck Cadet to Chief Officer before earning the title of Captain. That diverse experience has shaped her into a steady leader who remains cool under pressure, whether navigating busy marinas or finding the perfect secluded anchorage.
When she's not on the bridge, you will still find Marianthi happiest around the water. A former swimming champion and certified lifeguard, the sea has always been her natural habitat.

Panagiotis is the kind of crew member every yacht is lucky to have, reliable, hardworking and always ready to jump into action! Whether it's preparing the yacht for the day ahead or tackling a hands-on project, he brings energy, skill, and a can-do attitude to everything he does.
His maritime career began aboard LPG tankers, where he gained invaluable experience in demanding commercial operations, developing a strong foundation in safety, engineering support, and vessel maintenance. He later brought that expertise to the world of luxury yachting, working aboard prestigious private and charter yachts including M/Y ISEO (Sanlorenzo 30m), M/Y Octana Code Casa (40m), M/Y Ocean II (CRN 30m), and M/Y Madame Thelma (CRN 43m) before joining the Tamarita crew.
On deck, Panagiotis is a true all-rounder. From maintenance, painting, polishing, and metalwork to general repairs and daily deck operations, he takes pride in keeping Tamarita looking immaculate and operating to the highest standards. His keen eye for detail and practical expertise ensure the yacht is always ready for the next adventure.

Trained by the Merchant Marine Seafarers Training Directorate, John has developed a strong career in shipboard hospitality, specialising in delivering exceptional service to discerning international guests. His experience includes hosting travellers from leading U.S. university programs, museum groups, and exclusive educational travel organizations, giving him a deep understanding of personalized service and attention to detail.
John's excellent communication skills, familiarity with American culture, and natural ability to connect with people help create the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that defines life onboard Tamarita. John takes pride in turning great holidays into unforgettable experiences!

Smooth sailing is Nicholas' personal mission. Nicholas has been keeping Tamarita running at her very best since joining as Chief Engineer in 2023. Calm, capable, and endlessly hands-on, he's the person who ensures everything behind the scenes works seamlessly, so guests can simply relax and enjoy the journey.
A graduate of the Chios Merchant Marine Academy and a holder of an Engineer Class A Certificate, Nicholas combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Before stepping aboard Tamarita, he served as Chief Engineer on bulk carriers, where he developed the knowledge, precision, and problem-solving skills needed to manage complex engineering systems in demanding conditions.
While his home is the engine room, Nicholas is never one to stay below deck for long. When Tamarita is under sail, you'll often find him alongside the Captain and deck team, assisting with manoeuvres, sharing his expertise, and lending a hand wherever it's needed. His versatility, teamwork, and can-do attitude make him an invaluable part of the crew.
